I've found the staff extremely helpful, friendly, and patient in working through the items as I need Proof of Postage, which takes a fair bit of processing. Like every other Post Office I've ever used on occasion there can be a short wait at peak times while the staff work through a demanding volume of customers, which is to be expected. Thank you so much!

Astonishingly, there were only 2 staff working behind the counters (there are 7 counters - 5 were empty first thing on a Monday morning! I spoke with the lady who served me, and was told that this is the norm until 10am every morning, when more staff come in. Really? How about the inconvenience to customers during the period 9am-10am? At that time of the day, most need to get somewhere. Poor and thoughtless planning on the part of whoever manages these counters.
